When and where is the conference taking place?

Date: September 15-16, 2026.

Location: Lakeside Church (7654 Conservation Rd, Guelph).

Time of Event: Registration opens at 8am. Talks will finish by 4pm each day.

How do I register for the conference?

You can register online by visiting our Registration Page and selecting your ticket type. Once you complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

What is included in my registration?

Access to all keynote sessions, workshops, and panel discussions
Networking opportunities with industry professionals
Complimentary refreshments and meals

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

There are no refunds available for this event. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another professional, please email amanda@barrantesinc.com to discuss transfer options.

What is the hotel booking information for the ONBARR Conference?

A block rate has been secured for ONBARR Conference guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites Guelph.

To book your stay, please call the hotel directly at 519-821-2144 and mention “ONBARR Conference Individual” to receive the special group rate.

Please note the following booking policies:

Reservations must be made by Monday, August 17, 2026 to guarantee the group rate.
Once a reservation is made, no complimentary changes or cancellations will be permitted after Monday, August 31, 2026.

We recommend booking early to secure your room.

Is parking available at the venue?

There is free on-site parking at the venue, including accessible parking spaces.

What to expect?

Meals:

Breakfast, lunch and light refreshments will be served throughout the event.

Attire:

The conference center can be cool at times. We recommend dressing professionally with layers.

Recordings:

Some presenters have consented to their content being shared following the conference. Please keep an eye on your email following the event for more information.

Accessibility:

The conference center is fully accessible.
